SUSTAINABLE SINGAPORE

I ve been thinking about this idea since eons ago. Everytime I look out of my windows, i begin to ponder how the rooftop of the multi-storey carpark is wasted as i really seldom see any cars parked there except for a few individuals who wish to evict the carpark charges. In future, i foresee that the mentioned situation will be lesser since the carparks are gonna be fully automated and operated by gantries.

As such, i really think that the rooftop can be converted to an eco-park or something.A place for people to drop by and plant some plants or sthing. Isnt that more useful and meaningful than putting some slots there and left unused...Just an idea.Maybe i should design a floor plan and submit to HDB..
