Bogged down by the forthcoming papers, i try to siphon some time to blog. Hehe. The art of survival definitely lies in synchronising break time with mealtime, tv-time and try not to go for long toilet breaks during these official "breaks" as it will make the short breaktime seems shorter and less meaningful. Haha..I am amused by how i console myself and cheat myself that "breaks" in short and frequent shots are beneficial.. Just an excuse to slack..

Nonetheless, i was doing some reading when it comes to my realisation that things or events that could be better organised, either by lengthening the preparation time or planning earlier than expected, would definitely yield better results.

Plan ahead to make sure that the members's interests gathered are completely aligned with the mission objectives such that everyone is well-endowed with the necessary information for the mission. This, to me, forms the most important platform and basis to project from. Ensure that the people's technical knowledge are well-sharpened to minimise the number of liabilities and maximum the assets. This is definitely achievable through proper briefings and good planning.Of cos, good resource management is also needed. All these takes time. And I believe it takes more than the physical preparation to conceive a good plan.
