hcjc: a look back into history
As i was reading the mail by yaoxing, i realise i dun feel very much le. Maybe its really overtaken by events and memories have faded too much.
What was left in my memory house is just memories of the team and the committee. I rem those days were the most interesting of my jc days. I still rem the days when we ploughed to get camp done, get the track n field clinic going and to make the sports day a special one. Looking back, it was really much effort and time spent to try to get the team together.
Way back then, i alw held zhizai's words in my heart, that is " even though we are leaders, dun forget to let the rest of the team learn and enjoy too". Holding this piece of advice close to my heart, i alw make sure the team enjoys being within the team. Within my tour of duty being the captain, i alw make sure my teammates dun just train, but benefit from other aspects as well.. family active day + sports clinic+ training camps. well..i guessed end of the day, winning the C'ships is only a milestone and an outcome.
What remains is the process.
The process is alw sweeter than the outcome
