venturing into a brand new area

this holiday is slightly different for me. I started to get more adventurous. I am starting to be a bit more bold with my money. Though it is a small amount, i guess it will stull be significant to me.

mapletree reit (real estate investment trust), in my eyes, is a stock and company with lots of potential. I ve read barely enuff to comment in a technical way. The fund manager policy seems to make a lot of sense to me. A reit is basically a company or a subsidary which pools money from unitholders and buy and acquire properties. Naturally, the revenue and income will be derived from rental per annum and eventual sale to other agencies. And in a reit, 90% of the income eventually will find their ways back to unitholders. What s so different about mapletree is that it is constantly seeking foreign grounds to invest. In spore, where land is scarce, office or industrial space is limited. Thus,it seems sensible to explore neighbouring terrain for expansion.

I hope my acumen is correct. My first time is given to you.hahaha.
